How to Spa Blissfully
Before You Visit Shuswap Bliss Day Spa & Massage Please Be Mindful of the Following:
Arrival:
We invite guests to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. This will ensure much needed relaxation and allow for proper consultation. Please note there is a short consultation form for all new guests to complete.
If you are arriving late for your appointment(s), we will do our best to accommodate the remainder of the treatment(s); however, your treatment may still end as scheduled, in consideration of the next guest. Full prices will apply.
Cancellations and Reservations:
Walk-ins are welcome, however, we highly recommend you book your spa treatment in advance to ensure that your preferred time and treatment(s) are available. Please have your credit card or gift certificate number available when booking any spa treatment.
We have reserved this time especially for you. In the event that you are unable to keep your appointment(s), please notify us within 24 hours for individual bookings and 48 hours for group bookings to avoid being charged for the scheduled service. There is a 50% charge for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.
Atmosphere:
In order to maintain our relaxed and tranquil atmosphere, children are not allowed in the spa. While you are relaxing in your service your child may want to explore, this will disrupt your relaxation and your service.
To maintain the serenity of the spa, and to enhance your own relaxation, we ask that cell phones, watch alarms and pagers be turned off. We ask all guests to walk, and converse quietly.
During your treatments at the spa, you will be professionally draped at all times, ensuring your comfort and privacy.
Health Conditions:
When making your spa reservation, please inform us of any health concerns, pregnancies, diabetes, allergies or injuries that could possibly affect your treatment. Services will not be performed if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Movement Impaired:
Although our spa is wheelchair/handicapped accessible, some services require the use of stairs, and may be difficult for some people. Please visit us to view the service area, and discuss options to the service desired. We are not responsible for lifting or transferring clients.
Loss or Damage:
Shuswap Bliss (Day Spa & Massage) is not responsible for any loss or damage of personal articles. It is recommended that you leave your valuables at home on the day of your appointment.
Price, Service, and Treatments:
Prices, services, and treatments are subject to change without notice.
Method of Payment:
We accept Cash, Debit, Visa, or MasterCard.
Gratuities/Taxes:
Please note that gratuities and taxes are not included in our prices. Gratuities are left to the discretion of the guest and should reflect a remarkable spa experience. 15-20% is standard.
Gift Cards:
Gift cards can be purchased in any dollar amount, and come specially gift wrapped. Please have your gift card number available when booking your appointment.
Parking:
Free parking is available at the Prestige Harbourfront Resort.
